A. Players must be on an official roster

B. Dual roster players in 50/70 and above are permitted during tournament play

C. All participants must be in good standing with the league, including no active suspensions related to code of conduct

D. Current season rules apply, including applicable Little League rules and local league rules

E. Pool players are only permitted when a team has fewer than 9 players available. Teams may add pool players up to a maximum of 10 total players, using players from the same division or a lower division

F. The maximum roster size with pool players is 10 players

G. Pool players are intended strictly to allow a team to field enough players to participate

H. All pitching rules will follow standard Little League regular season guidelines

I. Teams must be ready to play at their scheduled game time

J. Failure to meet minimum player requirements may result in a forfeit or other action as determined by the league

K. Home and away will be determined by higher seed
